Eligibility Criteria

Junior Stenographer

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree + 80 WPM Shorthand (English) + 30 WPM Typing

Upper Division Clerk

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree + 30 WPM Typing
  • Desirable: 3 years’ experience in government/autonomous body; knowledge of government rules and computer usage

Junior Technical Assistant (Network Administrator)

  • Education:
    • 12th with Science/Math + A-Level Course, or
    • Diploma in IT/Electronics/CS, or
    • Bachelor’s in IT/Electronics/CS (First Class)
  • Desirable: 2 years’ experience in networking, CCNA certification

Multi-Tasking Staff

  • Education: 10th Class Pass + Typing or Basic IT Course
  • Desirable: Knowledge of Hindi/Telugu; office work experience, photocopying, binding, driving, or photography

Detailed Job Responsibilities

Junior Stenographer

  • Transcription and Typing: Accurately transcribe dictated material into written form.
  • Office Correspondence: Drafting emails and official letters and maintaining confidential records.
  • Meeting Documentation: Prepare minutes, reports, and event notes for internal and external meetings.

Upper Division Clerk (UDC)

  • File Management: Maintain and update physical and digital files.
  • Office Procedures: Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and assist in administrative duties.
  • Data Entry: Timely and accurate data entry in government systems.

Junior Technical Assistant (Network Administrator)

  • Network Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure.

Junior Technical Assistant (Network Administrator)

  • Stage I: Written Test (75 Marks)
    • GK (25), Subject Knowledge (50)
  • Stage II: Practical Skill Test (25 Marks)
    • Networking, computer, and internet fundamentals
  • Merit: Based on total marks (must qualify skill test)

Multi-Tasking Staff

  • Stage I: Written Test (100 Marks)
