As a Territory Sales Incharge, you will play a critical role in expanding the brand footprint and ensuring market dominance in your territory.
- Distributor Handling: Manage and develop strong relationships with distributors in the assigned territory.
- Retail Execution: Ensure best-in-class visibility and product placement across general and modern trade outlets.
- Sales Target Achievement: Drive primary and secondary sales in line with monthly and quarterly targets.
- Market Expansion: Identify and onboard new retail outlets to broaden product availability.
- KPI Monitoring: Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including numeric distribution, volume targets, visibility standards, and outlet activation.
