Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Customer Sales Executive, you will be the face of GO COLORS! and play a vital role in ensuring a great shopping experience for every customer. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and assisting customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Understanding customer needs and helping them select suitable apparel.
- Explaining product features, sizes, and fabric details effectively.
- Achieving monthly sales targets through proactive engagement.
- Maintaining store displays and visual merchandising as per brand guidelines.
- Handling billing and cash counter operations accurately.
- Coordinating with the store manager to ensure smooth store functioning.
- Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction through after-sales service and feedback collection.
This role is ideal for candidates who are energetic, motivated, and customer-focused.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Gender: Female (mandatory for this role)
- Education: Minimum SSC (10th Standard)
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a fashion retail environment
- Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, or Telugu
- Strong interpersonal and sales skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle customers with patience and confidence
Salary and Benefits
