Role: Area Head – Trade and Distribution Division

We are hiring for the role of Area Head under the Trade and Distribution Division. This is a high-impact role responsible for leading regional sales operations, managing dealer networks, and achieving business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and expanding dealer/distributor network
• Driving sales of REO, wire, cable, fan, SDA, and Standard products
• Monitoring competitor activities and market trends
• Ensuring timely reporting and achievement of monthly targets
• Executing trade promotions and channel engagement strategies
• Delivering excellent customer and distributor relationship management

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for this opportunity, individuals must meet the following requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Graduation (any discipline)
• Experience Required: 4 to 8 years of experience in electrical or related industries
• Mandatory Skill: Dealer and distribution management experience is essential
