- Chest: 81 cm with minimum 5 cm expansion
- Walking Test: 1600 meters in 15 minutes
 
- For Female Candidates:- Height: 152 cm, Weight: 48 kg (relaxable by 2.5 cm height and 2 kg weight for Garhwalis, Assamese, Gorkhas, and ST candidates)
- Walking Test: 1 km in 20 minutes
 
Sports Eligibility – Accepted Competitions
The proficiency of candidates will be evaluated based on participation/achievements in recognized tournaments (2020–2025).
Order of Preference:
- International Representation – Represented India in international competition.
- National Level Achievements – Represented the State/UT in National Championships or National Games and won medals.
- University Level – Represented a university in inter-university competition and won medals.
- Khelo India Games – Participation and medal-winning in Khelo India University, Youth, Winter, or Para Games.
- School Games – Represented State Schools in National-Level School Games.
- Other Eligible Participation – Representation without winning medals, in the same hierarchy.
