Key Responsibilities of the Role
1. End-to-End Management of Bizom CRM Platform
You will be responsible for managing our CRM system (Bizom), ensuring seamless data flow, system functionality, and enhanced user engagement across departments.
2. Ensuring High-Level Data Accuracy
Clean data is the foundation of any CRM system. You will play a key role in maintaining data integrity, cross-verifying entries, and working with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate data uploads.
3. Designing and Executing CRM Strategies
Utilizing insights derived from CRM, you’ll work on developing targeted CRM campaigns, segmenting customer databases, and proposing strategic initiatives to boost sales and retention.
4. User Training and Cross-Departmental Support
