OR - Master’s degree in any subject with Hindi or English medium and English or Hindi as a compulsory subject,
AND - Diploma or Certificate in Translation (Hindi to English and vice versa) OR two years’ translation experience in a Central/State Government office.
Desirable Qualification:

Junior Stenographer
